Our Mission Statement:

As servants of God, we express our faith in Christ

through teaching, sharing, serving and prayer.

Welcome, Friends,

Welcome to Bethel-Maidstone United Church!

We're excited to be gathering in the Sanctuary to worship God!

Things will be a bit different, so here's what to expect:

  • screening questions and attendance will be taken at the front door

  • a greeter will show you to your seat, spaced from others, starting at the front pew and working back

  • there will be no bulletins

  • please bring a mask and wear it while in the church building (masks will be available for those who need them)

  • the offering plate will be on a table at the back (and will not be passed during the service)

  • look for sanitizing stations located throughout the building

  • expect lots of music but no congregational singing

  • additional signage in the building and instructions during the service will be provided regarding handwashing, distancing, use of the bathrooms, exiting after worship, etc.

On Sunday, Sept. 20, Rev. Catherine will share part 4 in a 4 part series: Faithful Tools for Challenging Times, taking a look at the resources we can draw upon from our tradition to help us cope here and now.

Video recordings will be posted online and print copies of the message will be available for those unable to attend.

Email Rev. Catherine with any questions: bmuc@xplornet.ca

We appreciate you patience and kindness as we adapt to ensure everyone's safety.

At this time and until further notice, the church hall/building is not available for rentals or meetings.
